Legacy Addition is a suburban style neighborhood established in Midland in 2014. The community has a common area with a pool and playground. The community is located with easy access to highway 191 and loop 250. Legacy addition is built with easy reach of HEB, Cinergy, shopping and dining options with a short commute to the Midland/Odessa airport. Midland offers many fun things to do for its residents. Attend an event at Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center, check out George W. Bush's childhood home, or enjoy a day in nature at I-20 Wildlife Preserve.

Fun fact - Midland was founded as the midway point between Fort Worth and El Paso on the Texas and Pacific Railroad in 1881. It is the hometown of former First Lady Laura Bush, and the onetime home of former Presidents George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, and former First Lady Barbara Bush.
